Direct Student Support
If a student has a technical question or a problem with a booking, our support team deals with it — quickly, and by a real person who knows the platform. Your team does not need to get involved.
Our private one-to-one classes are designed for professionals who need real progress on a schedule that works for them. Classes are available for English, German, French, Spanish and Italian.
You choose a class package and decide how to distribute credits across your learners — our team will advise on the right setup for your goals. We create your students' accounts, and our support team proactively reaches out to help them make their first booking.
From there, students manage their own schedule:
Classes are delivered through LearnCube's virtual classroom, built specifically for live online language teaching. All a student needs is an internet connection and a computer. Live teaching time is 27 minutes — the remaining 3 are used by the teacher to review the student profile, take notes and set follow-up tasks.

Private classes are the right choice for learners who need flexibility and fast progress.
For professionals with demanding schedules, the ability to book around their working day — with no fixed group times to commit to — makes all the difference. Progress is also faster, with every session focused entirely on the individual learner.
But the biggest factor in a successful programme is the teacher-student relationship. A genuine personal connection is the number one driver of attendance and long-term engagement. Over time, a teacher builds a detailed picture of each student's goals, interests and working context — delivering a level of personalisation no AI tool or self-study app can replicate on its own.
Everything that happens in a class is saved. Notes, annotations and shared materials are stored indefinitely and accessible to the student in their Past Classes section at any time — a growing set of revision resources, built up lesson by lesson.
When you roll out a training programme, the last thing you need is to become a helpdesk. That is why we handle day-to-day student queries directly.
If a student has a technical question or a problem with a booking, our support team deals with it — quickly, and by a real person who knows the platform. Your team does not need to get involved.
If a class is lost due to a teacher-side issue, we refund the class credit in full so the student can rebook, and offer an additional compensation credit at no charge — so no time is lost on their learning journey.
Because our teachers know their students personally, we provide detailed, individualised progress reports for each learner — giving you a clear picture of how your investment is performing.
